In addition to the strategic change & cultural work we do with businesses, we also support a high proportion with some form of leadership and management development.
We work at board and senior leadership level, to deliver work including one-to-one executive coaching; facilitation of challenging discussions; to formal leadership programmes that transition dysfunctional leadership teams, to fully functional, collaborative and effective SLTs.
At management level, we deliver training that ranges from focussed management workshops around things like delegation skills, accountability training, coaching & mentoring and communication skills; to provision and development of bespoke 12 month management programmes.
Outside of this, we also work with various clients on “future leaders” or “elevation” programmes to develop high performers and key talent who may be ready for a promotion into a management position in the next 12-18 months.
