The Objectives:

Orange Bus needed a strategy to drive change in how they recruited people into the business. They were about to embark on significant growth, and in the first year Duo supported them, needed to recruit 50 heads, so knew their traditional way of recruiting through recruitment agencies wasn’t going to be sustainable in the long term. 

The Solution:

Duo worked with Orange Bus in creating an inbound recruitment strategy. This required significant change across the business, and a solid strategy to support. 

Holding sessions with the SMT, and then focus groups with team members and management across the business, Duo developed a change strategy and then implemented an inbound recruitment pipeline model, including integration of a new recruitment software platform, project management system, behavioural mapping of future hires, training of all hiring managers, and a reporting structure.

From this initial recruitment strategy, and the change management of this across the business, Duo then continued to support Orange Bus with behaviourally driven recruitment across the whole business for the proceeding four years, until integration of the company into Capita Consulting.
