The Objectives:

After a period of change, this large corporate were looking for a partner to work with some of their central teams on supporting their team through change.

The Solution:

Duo delivered several training sessions to help the team understand more about change and the way it can impact every individual differently. We looked at their dominant behaviours, the differences between forced and elective change, and how to flip the narrative around change to create more positive experiences and higher levels of engagement and motivation. 

The team left the session not only more energised, engaged and motivated, but with some real takeaways to implement into how they work day to day with change.

The result was a more engaged team, who were more flexible the next time change arose and used the flip process to drive idea generation about improvements, versus getting stuck in the challenges of change.
