A Newcastle-based employee behaviour consultancy has increased turnover by almost a third and plans to grow even further in 2019.
Duo Global Consulting, which was founded in 2014, is run by managing director Laura Weaving and commercial director Sarah Callender.
The company helps growing businesses across the US and the UK attract and engage high-performing individuals based on their behavioural traits.
This includes recruitment strategy, career mapping, change management and bespoke training.
Duo is also in the process of developing a software as a service where businesses can establish key behaviours among its staff, helping them hire similar individuals..
It achieved a 30 per cent turnover growth in 2018 and is targeting a further 40 per cent improvement this year.
Laura Weaving, managing director at Duo said: “We started out working in the US and brought the business over to the UK which our clients love.
