Driving Business Growth through Effective Leadership & Management
Location: The Northern Design Centre, Abbott's Hill, Gateshead, NE8 3DF
Date & Times: Wednesday 19th September or Wednesday 14th November - 9am - 5pm (Registration 8.45am) Price: £195 + VAT per person, or £150 + VAT per person when booking more than 1 space
This session is designed to give people in a Leadership and Management role a better understanding of how to drive positive change to accelerate business growth.
The reason change and growth often fails, is when it comes from the assumption that change can be managed, and that by simply altering structural or strategic processes, people will get on board with the change.
Change, and ultimately growth, isn’t sustainable without individual people changing their thinking, beliefs and behaviour.
This session will provide key insight into the thinking, beliefs and behaviour of your people, and the real triggers that cause friction within your business. It will equip you with new techniques to influence the people in your business, and to ultimately build more effective relationships with both your team and clients.
The aim of the workshop is to encourage, inspire and unlock some of the barriers for businesses looking to grow.
This is delivered in a group session, with a maximum of 16 attendees, with a mix of learning through 1-2-1 delivery, breakout practice sessions and peer learning.

PREVIOUS FEEDBACK & BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS
“The model of patterns that can predict issues with wellbeing in the workplace, was an eye opener”
“I gained real insight into why I clash with some staff members. Now I have a better understanding of our different behavioural patterns, and tools to use to communicate more effectively”
“We have unknowingly recruited people with the same behavioural and motivational patterns for years, and that now explains so many of our culture issues. This session has given me some great tools to use during recruitment to recruit the right behavioural profile for each role, instead of our traditional blanket approach.”
“New ways to train and manage my sales team more effectively – including speeding up conversion rates, the ability to filter out time wasters, and overall how to build better relationships for retaining business.”
“For years we have been pitching business in the same way, to every client. This was a complete lightbulb moment about simply working out people’s behavioural patterns and pitching accordingly.”
