We are huge fans of doing things differently…just incase you didn’t already know that, and one thing we love is ways to avoid posting boring, wordy, job adverts. Video is a great tool to communicate your employer branding – it can be something more complex which demonstrates your whole company culture, or just quick 1 minute videos about particular job types, like the L’Oreal example below.
